Atom AI Works (“we”, “us”) operates Kuiper Agents Hub Center. This Policy explains how we process personal data internationally, including the United States, European Union / EEA / UK, Brazil (LGPD), Australia (Privacy Act), and other jurisdictions.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organization details
• Usage data: logs, agent activity, workflow metadata
• Content you upload or generate in the Platform
• Billing and support communications

2. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide the service (contract), secure the platform (legitimate interests), comply with law, and—where required—based on consent (e.g. certain marketing or cookies).

3. United States

For US users, we process data consistent with applicable federal and state privacy laws (including where applicable CCPA/CPRA for California residents: right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/share— Kuiper does not sell personal information). Contact hello@atomaiworks.com for requests.

4. European Union / UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. International transfers use appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs) where required.

5. Brazil (LGPD)

Under Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, you may exercise rights such as confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and information about sharing. Requests: hello@atomaiworks.com.

6. Australia

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may request access or correction of your personal information.

7. Other countries

Where local law grants additional rights (Canada PIPEDA, Singapore PDPA, etc.), we will honor applicable mandatory requirements. Provide your jurisdiction when contacting us so we can route your request correctly.

8. AI processing

Content may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate outputs. Do not submit special-category or regulated data unless you have a lawful basis and contractual right to do so.

9. Retention & security

We retain data for as long as needed for the account and legal obligations. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk.
