These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Kuiper Agents Hub Center (“Kuiper”, “Platform”), a project by Atom AI Works. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Kuiper provides multi-tenant AI agent orchestration, workflows, integrations, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Kuiper to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, probe systems without authorization, or deploy agents for harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes.

4. Fees

Agents are billed monthly per selected agent. Integration setup and premium support fees (if selected) apply as shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including EU/EEA, UK, Brazil, Australia, and US state law where applicable).
